During the process of sand making, large dimension stone will be evenly transmitted from hopper to jaw crusher by vibrating feeder for coarse crushing, thereafter be sent to impact crusher via belt conveyor for further crushing. After these two crushing procedures, they will be transmitted to vibrating screen by belt conveyor to sort them out, the one meeting customer’s need will be placed in end product pile, while others need to be re-transmitted to impact crusher for a second time crushing, thus forming repeatedly closed circuit.
