River pebble is a kind of natural stone retrieved from gravel hill which is formed by the ancient riverbed crustal uplift thousands of years ago, experiencing the impact of flash floods, continuous extrusion, friction in water removal process. During tens of thousands years passing by, they were totally immersed in the movement of water ,lost irregular edges and then buried in the ground with sediment for millions of years. It owns hard quality, sharp and quaint color, with resist-compress, resist-corrosion,resist-friction properties of natural stone,which is an ideal green building materials.
River pebble is very hard with high content of silicon. Therefore, the design of river gravel production line should be reasonable and considering the cost of projects investment and cost of production at the same time. During river gravel crushing progress, the wear intensity of jaw plate, hammer, impact plate and other wear parts is very high.
Therefore, in order to reduce the loss of wear parts, the design of the crushing technology adopts laminated crushing equipment as much as possible .A typical configuration of crushing equipment is jaw crusher plus fine jaw crusher or cone crusher.
